Having had the product explained, it was clear how it would work that it would solve the problems we were experiencing with our roof lantern. We were really impressed by the installation team.

I had done previous research when we were doing some house renovation and had thought we would try without the blind for a couple of winters. But heat loss significant so decided to proceed with the installation from WiSER. It has made a noticeable difference to the heat loss .... we can certainly feel the difference.

I complimented a friend on her new electrically operated blinds and she gave me WiSER's details. Making an appointment was easy and your design consultant was knowledgeable and made me feel confident that the design would work. The WiSER designer came to plan out the blinds and give me an estimate, then a technician came to take detailed measurements and then later, returned to fit them. The blinds look good, work well and have solved the problem.

Very professional organisation. No “big sell”. Installation was done as part of the pricing. We had a great conversation with the design consultant. Very happy with everything and will be happy to recommend to friends and family. Excellent quality product and very efficiently installed.

I have purchased remote control blinds from WiSER before. The design consultant talked me through the options, showed me samples, arranged for the fitter to come.

New windows and French doors for extension needed attention. The WiSER design consultant, honest and likable, shared some good advice. The fitters were excellent. No problems at all, glad we decided on the motors and remote too!!

We looked online for providers of roof lantern blinds and discovered WiSER. The WiSER consultant helped us understand what a WiSER blind could offer, how it would be installed and what it would look like. Everything went according to his description from the survey to the installation of the blind and we're truly excellent in every regard. The result is first-rate. We are delighted with the result and it has certainly solved the problem of heat gain and glare.

Needed some new blinds and some of the original blinds were broken, the conservatory was also getting too hot. The WiSER Consultant listened to the problem and gave good advice on the blinds to buy. The conservatory is now a lot cooler during the day and warmer during the evening.

The problem was our conservatory had the classic freezing winter/roasting summer syndrome. The WiSER team were an absolute pleasure. Extremely competent and great fun to be around. Left the place spotless after installation (& coffee-less!). Great ambassadors for your organisation; cannot recommend highly enough. We're absolutely delighted with the end result. Exceeded our expectations by a fair measure.

Impressive detail from contact with WiSER and visit. Installation was great as they had to accommodate drain pipes etc. Very happy with our over glass awning - easy to lower when needed and visually stunning!

We had no issues with the supply, delivery or fitting. We wanted a roller blind that fitted over a large window. The WiSER design consultant showed us all the materials that came in the width and length that we could have for the blind. Staff are extremely happy with the roller blind. We can have much more natural light coming into the office.

We have a peaked skylight/roof lantern that lets too much heat out in winter and too much sun in summer. The WiSER consultant gave us advice on what options were available and we opted for a horizontal sliding blind. We have a Toplight blind installed and it does the job perfectly.

Hope you are well and business is flourishing...... I am sure it is. Our blinds are fantastic. When people come to visit, of all the "eye-catchers" we think we have in the house, it is always your blinds that draw comment,,,, always positive!

6 STAR SERVICE - I have mobility issues and needed blinds which he easily operates and could reduce the glare from the windows. The customer service after first speaking was first class.The technician who fitted the blinds was professional, knowledgable and courteous. He was very concerned and considerate of my disability and he spoke in a very understanding way. We were most impressed overall with the company 6-star service.

I would like to thank you and your team from the consultant who came to see us, to the three chaps who installed our fabulous blind, to the office staff who have all been polite, professional and know the products. The blind was installed just in time with raising temperatures into the low 30s we would have melted in our Orangery but now we sit in comfort.

We needed to prevent our living room with large window heating up during the summer months. We had previous good experience with covering our roof window. A fabulous result the blind makes a big difference. Another advantage is that we can still see the garden when the blind is down.

From the first visit from the WiSER consultant to the technical survey, both were professional and very helpful, very friendly and easy to deal with. They made us confident to go with WiSER. The blind was installed by very skilled installers, we couldn't have wished for a better job.

Increased security for the bi-folding doors at the back to our lounge. Rhino shutters were the perfect solution to my problem. Ben took me through the options and showed me how the security shutters would look and solve my problem. High security while still looking good.
